Founded in 1996, the Keep Wisconsin Warm/Cool Fund is a statewide nonprofit that assists low-income households who, at no fault of their own, cannot meet their basic survival needs.

KWW/CF is supported in part by the State of Wisconsin, Department of Administration, Division of Energy.
