The Keep Wisconsin Warm/Cool Fund Angel Donor Gift Program enables individuals to assist a family member, friend or neighbor who is making the difficult choice between eating and heating. Every dollar donated through the Angel Donor Program will go directly to the beneficiary’s utility/ fuel vendor bill and the donor can choose to remain anonymous.

Please note: While you can make a donation from anywhere within the United States, Only residents of the State of Wisconsin are eligible to receive assistance from the Keep Wisconsin Warm Fund Angel Donor Gift Program.
