Primary participants in the KWW/CF are those experiencing a significant energy burden where other available resources are inadequate or unavailable. You may qualify for assistance from the Keep Wisconsin Warm/Cool Fund based on the 2009-2010 KWW/CF Gross Income Guidelines (below).

Who Qualifies for the KWW/CF?

Primary participants in the KWW/CF are those experiencing a significant energy burden where other available resources are inadequate. Participants whose gross income is within the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP) gross income guidelines may qualify for supplemental support from the Fund.

2013-2014 Keep Wisconsin Warm/Cool Fund Gross Income Guidelines

Household must be at or below the following income guidelines to qualify for the Fund:

Based on 60% of State Median Income

Applicants for the Keep Wisconsin Warm/Cool Fund must bring:

  • Proof of income for all household members for the previous three months
  • Social Security cards for all household members
  • Current utility bill
